I have for sale the latest patchwork quilt I’ve completed. It measures 40” x 54”. It’s intended for a girl, so there are lots of girly cartoon characters and motifs on the front.
The back is one solid piece of fabric in a very pretty floral print, as you’ll see from the pics. Every plain piece of fabric on the front has a quilted pattern in it and all around the border is a long string of hearts, sewn in a fantastic varigated thread, so the colour changes constantly!
It’s all handmade and hand quilted by me, at home. The front is 100% cotton and the back is a poly-cotton mix. The wadding in the middle is called Dream Puff and it does! It puffs up wonderfully and should look great after a few washes. (It’s been washed so has started to puff up already.)
These items are really good to show off with, as when people ask where you got it, you can say it’s completely unique and one of a kind!
